WHAT WE DO
CEM facilitates new church plants by hiring pastors who desire to start a church in Iowa. From training to project management, CEM helps planters prepare for a successful launch.
CEM invests in church health by offering a 4-6 week in-person process that helps church leaders develop and implement a renewed church vision. All CEM hosted conferences and podcasts are purposed for church health.

NEWEST CHURCH PLANT -
DIRECTION CHURCH IN WEST DES MOINES

However, Direction Church pastors, Jared Nassiff and Patrick Willis, were able to pivot and launch online services in June 2020. Rather than opening in late 2020, they are setting their sights on an in-person launch in Spring 2021.
